Manchester & Northern recognise that in order for us to deliver a project
on time, first time to quality and to budget we need to work together as a team i.e. Client, Architect/Designer and Contractor. 

This is further enhanced by the fact that we have our own dedicated teams of skilled
craftsmen, coupled with our diverse list of approved sub-contractors; means we can bring together the correct mix of skills to undertake a simple house extension to a complex new development whether it be domestic, retail or industrial.
