Timing

Manchester & Northern recognise that every project is different and is
made up of many elements; but what is crucial to the successful outcome of every project is timing. This is why all projects are mapped out on construction programmes showing each element of work, critical paths and key milestones to be achieved.

We must however remain flexible in our approach to the construction programme and
make amendments as necessary for unforeseen delays and/or inclement weather in an attempt to minimise the delays and keep the project on track.
