The Willow Stream Development was a project by our own Manchester & Northern Homes Division. As property developers under our own right we are able to undertake projects from land purchase through to final completion. Stockwell Farm

The Stockwell Farm project was a Design & Build project, which was both challenging and rewarding. The site was on the edge of greenbelt and in the Charlesworth Conservation Area, so needed a high degree of traditional design and skills. The clients brief was simple, to create a stunning family home embracing all the innovations of high tech living and conceal them within a traditional facade and features. The project was further enhanced by the creation
of an entertaining/leisure suite, which was built as part of a lower ground floor.

The Ferns Development

The Ferns Development was a design and build project for a private developer.  The brief in this case was to maximise the site potential and create a gated development that would provide practical/secure family homes. Throughout the design process the costings were closely monitored to ensure that the end result was still within the original budgets set by our client.
